Unilateral Leg press
Leg press designed to sucessfully isolate legs during legpress movement. Place your feet on a platform that is split into two, which makes it easier to keep your hips aligned while using one leg at a time.
Booty Builder
No need to worry about setting up for hip thrusts. Achieve proper form and greater range of motion using the booty builder machine. Weights are in a pulley cable system with a padded belt for maximum confort.
Pit Shark
Easily hook-up and begin training lower body without any load to the spine. Great option for anyone who has current or previous injuries who cannot support a barbell on their back. Allows for greater range of motion of the squat in a safe manor.
Glueator
Fit Life is the ONLY facility in town with this machine. The Guleator is the best thing to happen to your gains since yoga pants. This is an abduction press that works in two planes of motion, increasing strength and shape. Very beneficial to anyone with a lower back strain or eldery who needs support in their glutes.
