How much does an FIT LIFE Membership cost?
All FIT LIFE Memberships are extremely affordable and priced based on what YOU want included in your membership. Most FIT LIFE locations have three membership plans, each with different amenity access and a few FIT LIFE locations have four membership plans (if the location has a pool). The FIT LIFE memberships start at ONLY $9.99/mo. Visit the gym website page of your preferred FIT LIFE for details. Additionally, every FIT LIFE Membership has an Annual Membership Fee of $49.99 billed within 60 days of enrolling, then annually on the same date as long as you are an active member. This helps ensure that we can continue to bring you new fitness offerings, new cutting-edge equipment, new classes and more!
What are the Membership types?
FIT LIFE locations offer three Membership types. FIT LIFEACCESS, FIT LIFEPLUS, and our most popular FIT LIFEPRO. CLICK HERE to learn more about each Membership type.
What are the gym hours?
Hours vary by location, with the majority of FIT LIFE locations being 4:30AM – 12AM Mon -Thursday, Fridays 4:30AM – 11PM, SAT & SUN 7AM – 8PM. Holiday hours vary by year and are always posted on each locations Social Media sites and inside the clubs. Please make sure to like and subscribe to our pages to always be in the “know”.
How old do I have to be to join FIT LIFE?
All Members are required to be 13 years of age or older. Members 13-17 years old must have a legal guardian sign the membership agreement, and can then enjoy their workouts unaccompanied. Children 12 years of age and younger are not permitted on the gym floor at any time for their own safety and the safety of all Members and Team Members. FIT KID’s (kids club access for 2 hours (for 2 kids)) is included in our FIT LIFEPRO membership, are available for children between 6 months and 12 years old.
Can I bring a guest to the gym?
Absolutely! The FIT LIFEPRO Membership has Unlimited VIP Guest Privileges (Thursday – Sunday), which means you can bring one Guest with you every time you hit the gym on those days. It can be the same Guest or a different one each time, they just must be accompanied by their associated Member when checking into the gym. All Guests must be 18 years of age or older, or 16 years of age or older accompanied by a legal guardian. The FREE guest only gets access to the workout spaces and does not get access to the amenities or classes.
Do I have to sign a contract with FIT LIFE?
FIT LIFE Membership agreements are for a month-to-month memberships with only a 30-day notice needed to cancel your Membership and a $49 cancellation fee if you cancel in the first 6 months of your membership. After 6 months with us you just need to give a 30-day notice and a have a zero balance at the time the membership is to be cancelled. The facts are we know you will love FIT LIFE so much and will never actually want to cancel your membership!
Does FIT LIFE offer a free gym membership trial?
We know that we are the right gym for you and want you to feel the same way. FIT LIFE offers a Free 7-Day Trial Pass to those 18 years of age and older with a local ID. If you’ve had an FIT LIFE Membership in the past and want to try us out again, 12 months must have passed since the cancellation of your previous Membership to take advantage of the 7-Day Trial Pass.
Can I attend any FIT LIFE on a 7-day complimentary pass?
There are zero locations restrictions for our Free 7-Day Passes. However, since our trial passes are for first time guests, if you’ve had an FIT LIFE Membership in the past and want to try us out again, 24 months must have passed since the cancellation of your previous Membership to take advantage of the 7-Day Trial Pass.
Does FIT LIFE offer a day pass?

What are the gym’s busiest hours?
The gyms busiest hours vary by location, but the gyms are generally the busiest weekdays between 6am-9am and 4pm-7pm.
What is the unlimited weekend guest privilege policy?
The FIT LIFEPRO Membership has Unlimited VIP Guest Privileges (Thursdays – Sundays), which means you can bring one Guest with you every time you come to FIT LIFE to make FIT happen on those days. It can be the same Guest or a different one each time, they just must be accompanied by their associated Member when checking into the gym. All Guests must be 18 years of age or older, or 16 years of age or older accompanied by a legal guardian. We are a private member only club Monday – Wednesday unless the guest pays one of our guest fees.
Does FIT LIFE offer a military discount on gym membership?
YES!!!!! With affordable Memberships as low as $9.99/mo at ALL of our FIT LIFE locations, we welcome all active military and veterans to come check us out.
Does FIT LIFE offer corporate membership discounts?
We have amazing Corporate Wellness Plans to help keep your employees active. We have a variety of customizable options that range from the employer who wants to subsidize the entire membership to a partial subsidization to solely offering discounted, self-funded memberships to employees. Can I use any FIT LIFE with my gym membership?
Two of our Membership Plans have multi-location access. Visit the FIT LIFE website to find a location nearest you. We are growing fast so check back often.
How do I sign up for personal training at FIT LIFE?
Every FIT LIFE Member receives a Complimentary FIRST TIME SESSION with a highly knowledgeable FIT LIFE Personal Training Director. Our team will discuss your goals and together you’ll commit to a training plan and nutrition plan to help you get there. To get started, visit our websites contact us, log into your FIT LIFE member APP to schedule an appt, or call/come by your preferred FIT LIFE.
Can I freeze my FIT LIFE Membership?
- You absolutely can freeze your Membership for any reason. We know that life happens and you may not be able to make it into the gym for periods of time.
- You can freeze your FIT LIFE Membership for up to 3 months for only $5 per each month frozen.
- If your Annual Membership Fee bill date is within your freeze period, it will still be billed and is not able to be deferred.
- At the time that you freeze your Membership, your freeze time period will be determined. After the freeze ends, your regular Membership dues will automatically resume without any additional action needed.
To freeze your Membership:
- Submit your freeze request on the Contact Us page.
- Send a written request to info@fitlifehc.com with your agreement or barcode number, the date you would like your freeze to be effective and the length of time (up to 3 months).
- Call or visit your FIT LIFE location and ask to speak with a Front Desk Team Member.
How do I cancel my FIT LIFE membership?
FIT LIFE is committed to serving you even if you are breaking up with us, :
- All FIT LIFE Memberships are month-to-month Memberships with a 30-day cancellation notice required. If you are in the first 6 month of your membership with us there is also a $49 cancellation fee.
- You will be billed your last month’s Membership on the regular day of the month once your 30-day cancellation notice has been received.
- Our Right of Rescission Policy is available to all new Members who wish to cancel their Membership within a few days of signing up and receive a refund of all monies rendered. You can cancel for a full-refund within 3 days of signing up, weekends and holidays excluded. Please follow the steps on your agreement that was emailed to you at the time of enrollment to ensure your account is handled properly.
- All Memberships must be in good standing without a past due balance.
- If you have an active Personal Training agreement, you won’t be able to cancel your Membership. All Personal Training agreements are in addition to your membership agreement and have a contracted term. You will need to visit the gym to discuss Personal Training cancellation options. Once your Personal Training Agreement is canceled, you will then be able to cancel your Membership.

PERSONAL TRAINING:
What should I wear to my personal training session?
You should wear comfortable athletic wear and sneakers that you can exercise in and get measurements in.
What else should I know prior to my personal training session?
You should eat no more than 2 hours prior to your session, be very hydrated, and make sure that you are well rested. A workout towel and water bottle are a MUST! FIT will happen while you are working with our team!
What do I do If I can’t make a scheduled personal training session?
Please contact your Personal Trainer or the Personal Training Director at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session to reschedule it by calling the gym or emailing them at their FIT LIFE email address. ALL FIT LIFE locations have a standard email address set for each location to make sure ease of communication (Please see the communicate with us contact info for your club on our website). To help ensure that FIT LIFE Personal Trainers are providing the absolute best fitness experience for our members, we ask that they are ONLY contacted through professional channels (website, club email, your FIT LIFE APP, or directly by phone at the clubs listed number). If you do not change your scheduled session before 24 hours of the scheduled session, you will forfeit the session and are not eligible to reschedule it or claim a reimbursement.
What happens when my personal training term is done?
Your Personal Training Program automatically rolls over into a month-to-month program. At any time after your term, you can cancel your Personal Training Program with a 30-day notice.
How long is my personal training program for?
Your Personal Training Program is for either a 4-month period or a 6-month period. Please reference your Personal Training agreement.
How long are my personal training sessions for?
All sessions are 30 minutes or 60 minutes in length. We encourage you to arrive a few minutes prior to the start time of your session to stretch and warm up so you are ready to make FIT happen! Please reference your Personal Training agreement.

Do I get free wifi with my membership?
Yes, we offer complimentary WiFi within all FIT LIFE locations.
Does FIT LIFE have showers?
All FIT LIFE locations have high-end locker rooms with showers.
Do I need to bring my own lock for the gym locker room?
Yes, FIT LIFE is not responsible for lost or stolen items left in the lockers or in the locker rooms. Lockers are for day use ONLY. Locks left on overnight will be removed and the locker contents donated.
What amenities are available at FIT LIFE?
FIT LIFE packs tons of amazing amenities into your fitness experience! Your experience starts with our executive style locker rooms and showers, our equipment packed turf and functional training spaces, tons of Group Fitness and cycle classes, best of the best strength training equipment from MATRIX / Booty Builder / Arsenal & more, dumbbells that go to 150 lbs. and the latest cardio options; personal training and nutritional guidance; high tech recovery options like massage chairs/ cryotherapy beds/red light therapy and more; and our FITKids’ Club filled with games, activities and more!

Can I go into the FIT KIDS area with my child?
For safety reasons, the play area beyond the check-in gate is only for our FIT KIDS and Team Members. The FIT KIDS TV located on the wall in the open gym area allows you to see your kids in real time enjoying themselves.
What are the expectations while my children are in the FIT KIDS fun center?
o Parents are required to show their membership type as proof of FIT KIDS fun center privileges at each visit as well as when they sign their kiddos in and out.
o Parents must remain on site during each visit.
o There is a 2-hour maximum time allotted for kids to be signed into the fun center.
o Parents may be called upon during their workout to attend to a behavioral issue, any kiddos crying for 15 min straight, or for a diaper change.
o Kids visiting our FIT KIDS should already be fed, changed, and not bring in any snacks are drinks (Other kids might be allergic and kids like to share – thanks!)
o Refrain from brining in any toys or electronics as FIT LIFE is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
How can I add FIT KIDS to my Membership?
EASY! Visit your location and ask the front desk. We will get you upgraded and your kids playing in the fun center that same day! FIT LIFE Mobile App reservations coming soon!
How should I dress my child for their FIT KIDS experience?
Your kids should come in comfortable clothes that allow them to play and are required to wear socks and shoes while in the FITKIDS area.
How much does FIT KIDS cost per child?
Access to the fun center at all FIT LIFE locations is included in our FIT LIFEPLUS and our FIT LIFEPRO memberships for up to 2 of your kiddos and ONLY $5 for each additional kiddo.
What are the hours of operation for the FIT KIDS?
Hours are:
Monday -Thursday | 8:00 am – 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm – 8:00pm
Friday and Saturday | 8:00 am – 12:00pm
Sunday | Closed
What are the age requirements for FIT KIDS?
Our tiniest members must be at least 2 months old, up to 12 years of age. At 13 your kids can join with you and use the main workout floor!
Can I bring my children with me to the main floor?
Little ones are not permitted in the locker rooms or workout areas. Once your child turns 13, you can speak with the team and get them their own membership.
When should I keep my kids home?
If your kids are sick or experiencing any of the following symptoms, please keep them at home:
• Vomiting 2 or more times in 24 hours
• Having diarrhea with 3 or more watery stools in 24 hours
• A sore throat with a fever or swollen glands
• A fever with a temperature of 100° or more
• An eye infection with thick mucus or drainage from the eye
• A rash, lice, nits or anybody rash especially with a fever or itching
• And if your little one is just not feeling very good, tired, pale, has a lack of appetite, is confused or cranky
If any of the above arise, parents will be called to pick up their kiddo.
